Najväčší nárast zaznamenala židovská komunita v Sabinove v 19. storočí. V priebehu druhej polovice storočia stúpol jej počet členov viac ako 4– násobne a stali sa tak štvrtou najpočetnejšou náboženskou komunitou v meste. Židovský cintorín pripomína tretie najpočetnejšie vierovyznanie svojej doby.
The Jewish community in Sabinov saw its biggest growth in the course of the nineteenth century. In the second half of the century, their numbers grew more than fourfold, making them the fourth largest religious community in the town. The Jewish Cemetery commemorates the third largest religion of its time.
