Klasicistická, pôvodne prízemná, budova bola postavená v roku 1715. V tejto tridsiatkovej stanici slúžiacej ako „colný úrad“ na pomedzí medzi Uhorskom a Rakúskom sa z prevážaného tovaru vyberal v naturáliách tzv. tridsiatok. Neskôr budova slúžila ako obytný dom, žandárska stanica, obchod s miešaným tovarom, klub mládeže, miestna knižnica aj miestny úrad. Dnes v budove sídli Turistická informačná kancelária Devínska Nová Ves.

The classicistic, originally one-floor building with central buttress on the main facade was built in 1715. This „one-thirtieth“ station, which served as the customs office on the border of Austria and Hungary, levied customs duty on the transported goods in the amount of one-thirtieth of their value, usually paid in kind. Later, the building served as a residential house, police station (1928–1945), mixed goods store, youth club, local library as well as local municipal office. Currently, the building is the seat of the Tourist Information Office of Devínska Nová Ves.

Das klassizistische, ursprünglich ein Parterregebäude (eingeschossiges Gebäude) mit mittlerem Risalit an der Hauptfassade, wurde 1715 erbaut. In dieser „Dreißigtscheune“, die als „Zollamt“ diente (1792), wurde aus transportierter Ware zwischen Ungarn und Österreich ein sogenannter Dreißigt bezogen. Später diente das Gebäude als Wohnhaus, Gerdarmeriestation, Gemischtwaren­geschäft, Jugendclub, lokale Bibliothek sowie auch als Gemeindeamt. Heutzutage hat unter anderem auch das Touristische Informationsbüro Devínska Nová Ves ihren Sitz in diesem Gebäude.
